Sivill Tech Co., Ltd. is an IT company based in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR, and part of Sivilai Phatthana Group (SPT Group). Founded in 2023, we deliver technology solutions across eleven service lines — software and application development, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and hardware, cloud systems and digital platforms, PKI and digital trust, smart mobility, drone survey services, UAV training, training and capacity building, maintenance and technical support, and IT consulting.

As an IT company in Laos serving both public and private sector organizations, Sivill Tech works with government ministries, banks, and private enterprises on projects that range from custom software and cloud platforms to network security and enterprise infrastructure deployments. Our role on many of these projects is that of a system integrator — bringing together the software, hardware, and security components a project needs into a single, coordinated delivery, rather than leaving a client to manage several vendors separately.
